  1. Cursor config: Research how Cursor configures MCP (file, CLI, GUI - stay open-minded)
  2. Test account: Create fresh account via magic link for full new-user flow
  3. Success criteria: Verify get_structure works (proves read access)
  4. Prompt testing: Test MCP prompts work in Cursor, fall back to invoke_workflow if not
  5. Handoff: Add "run /onboard" guidance to web UI (document only for now)
  6. Template: Let /onboard workflow suggest based on friend's answers
