When you access or use our Service, we automatically collect:

  • Device Information: Information about the device you use to access the Service, including IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.

Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from third-party services you connect to Native:

  • Calendar and Email Data: When you connect your Google or Microsoft account, we may access your calendar events and email metadata to provide contextual awareness features.
  • Claude AI Integration: Information about your interactions with Claude when using Native's AI features, subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.

  • AI Integration Partners: When you use Claude AI features, relevant workspace data is shared with Anthropic to provide AI-powered assistance, subject to their privacy policies.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes.

Workspace data you create may be retained if it is part of a shared workspace with other active users, even after you leave the workspace.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

  • Encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL
  • Encryption of sensitive data at rest
